I graduated with a bachelor's degree in computer science from Central University of Jharkhand in 2022, where I gained a solid foundation in computer and information sciences and support services. I have applied my technical skills and knowledge to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the PLTB process, using data analysis, automation, and optimization tools. My core competencies include customer service management, team leadership, and team mentoring.
