Background

About Shubhangini Singh

As an HR and Digital Marketing executive at Shri Mahaluxmi Chemicals (SMLC), I manage the recruitment, training, and retention of employees, as well as the online presence and promotion of the company. I leverage my Master's degree in History and my previous experience in nonprofit and education sectors to create engaging and informative content for SMLC's website, social media, and IndiaMart profile. I am passionate about supporting and empowering the people and the communities that SMLC serves, as well as the causes that SMLC supports, such as environmental sustainability, women empowerment, and education. I have contributed to the development and implementation of various programs and initiatives that aim to improve the quality of life and the opportunities for the beneficiaries of SMLC. Some of these include the provision of clean water, solar energy, sanitary pads, and scholarships. I have also partnered with The Akanksha Foundation, a nonprofit organization that works with underprivileged children, to provide mentoring, coaching, and career guidance.
