About Shubhodeep Bhattacharjee

I am currently working as an HR Clerk Grade-3 at Western Coalfields Limited (WCL-Miniratna), A subsidiary of Coal India Limited ( A Maharatna Public Sector Undertaking company). Since joining in July 2020, I have gained versatile administrative experience across multiple departments. I am now posted in the HR Department at WCL-Nagpur Area(Unit: AIKDOCM Kamptee SubArea), where I manage the Coal Mines Provident Fund (CMPF) and Coal Mines Pension Scheme (CMPS) for all employees. My role involves ensuring accurate processing of employee benefits, maintaining compliance, and streamlining operations in coordination with other departments.Before this, I worked in the WCL HQ Medical Department, where I handled the management and uploading of medical bills for retired employees under the Contributory Post Retirement Medical Scheme (CPRMS), utilising SAP ERP to facilitate data transfer with the Finance Department. My journey started in the Public Relations Department at WCL HQ, where I supported various PR initiatives and managed variety of administrative duties. With my educational background in Industrial relations and Personnel management, My skills in data management, compliance, and employee services enable me to add value to the organization while ensuring that employee benefits are processed efficiently.
