Inspecting and Testing on Blasted Pipe External and Internal surface to ensure proper preparation for coating application. measure and Inspected coating thickness and adhesion Bonding Test(Peel Test) as Per QAP and Standard specificationsVerifying that coating raw materials Batches & Approved and Ensure Follow QMS standards.Such as ISO, API, DIN, etc. specifications. Testing and Inspection reports and results recorded in SAP or ERP and Maintain Documents as per Daily Production Report and recommending corrective actions if necessary. Communicating with TPI and clients during Project and Satisfied & TPI clearance of Pipe.
