Scientist by training. Painter by passion. I am a doctoral researcher currently working in the field of Biophysics. I am an insightful and astute cell & molecular biologist with 10 years of experience in the research and development division of both academia and the protein-based biopharmaceutical industry. As a part of the Bioanalytical R&D Division for Biosimilar product development and characterization, I have been responsible for - projects involving inflammatory pathology (pro-and anti-inflammatory cytokines developing target specific antagonists), and functional characterization studies of monoclonal antibodies designed for NK-cell-based targeted therapy and/or apoptosis-inducing anti-inflammatory and/or cytotoxicity-based therapy. I have closely worked in multi-disciplinary projects which involved the development and characterization of protein molecules in-vitro for targeted therapies and engineering them as per the desired immune response intended for the disease etiology ( cancer and auto-immune disorders). I also have proven expertise in Drug Stability Studies at early-stage research, preclinical and later-stage development programs, and related data management for dossier filings for biosimilar drugs (monoclonal antibodies). I love science and taking challenges. I am back to school now after 10 years of working. taking on a different world altogether! I always look forward to a position of responsibility in an organization of repute that stimulates and enhances my professional skills and personal strengths in conjunction with the organization’s goals and objectives.
