As a seasoned professional with 7+ years of experience in on-Field Application and Clinical Research, I bring my unique skill set, expertise,and enthusiasm to the team and contribute to the success of the organization. I have taken on challenging projects and worked with a diverse range of clients, which has allowed me to gain a wealth of experience and knowledge in Next Generation Sequencing, Molecular diagnostics and Cytogenomics. I have honed my skills in Chromosomal karyotyping, Real-Time PCR technique, Quality Management System, Scientific Writing, Certified and trained in Laboratory Management Systems and Internal Audit (IS/ISO 15189:2022) through both on-the-job experience and self-study. My day-to-day duties have included the screening and reporting of constitutional abnormalities and hematological malignancies of the suspected patients; lab process control and quality checks, improvization of the pre-analytical, analytical and post analytical processes in molecular genetics, new test developments, delivery of CME’s for better professional connect with sales team and lab technical staff, which have allowed me to demonstrate my ability to perform chromosomal karyotyping of peripheral blood, bone marrow and stress cytogenetics, qualitative and quantitative Real Time PCR of hematological malignancies and pathogen infection screening.
