I have moved into a new role since March 2022 as the Group Director supporting the tranformation agenda for the Technology division of London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) from people perspective. I was supporting Technology division as a HR Director for 5 plus years. Prior to LSEG, I worked in HSBC for 11 years. I have exposure to both consultancy and financial services.I have been involved in managing large scale restructuring projects and change management projects, in addition to working as a HRBP/ generalist in senior roles. I found myself successfully managing negotiations with trade unions for a decade. More recently, I have focused my time on topics like coaching, leadership, and organisation transformation through personal transformation. I have a passion for reading and writting. Lately, I am facinated by works of Wilfred Bion and his work on 'capacity for though't and its implications for leadership challenges of today.
