Background

About Sian Taylor

I am an experienced Talent Acquisition / Recruitment professional with exposure across a wide range of industries, roles and specialisations. I have worked in both in-house and agency recruitment.I take a partnering approach when consulting with Hiring Managers to ensure I understand key requirements of positions and culture fit for their vacancies. I provide advice and support throughout the end-to-end recruitment process especially when screening and selecting suitable candidates. I pride myself on my candidate care, management of talent pools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). This has been displayed throughout the professional relationships I have maintained throughout my career. As I have recruited positions nationally I am confident in my ability to conduct video interviews and identify selection criteria through phone screening, reference checking and maintaining an ATS.I enjoy project work in-line with recruitment and like to work to clearly defined KPI's around time to fill and cost per hire.
