About Sib Redfern

I commenced employment with Northern Qld Primary Health Network in February 2022 in the role of Payroll & Finance Officer. I have a passion for working for organisations that assist or provide services to improve the welfare and health of people within the community. I completed almost 11 years of service in a not-for-profit organisation in Toowoomba but have relocated to Townsville to experience the Northern Qld lifestyle. The broad range of experience I have gained over the past 25 years includes business management, bookkeeping, payroll, data entry, financial management and governance, HR administration, project management, office & specialist practice management, events coordination, ICT solutions and software training. I have previously worked for Qld Health, private legal & speciality firms, large corporations and not-for-profit organisations. My volunteer experience includes hosting home stay University students from Japan, working with children through the Pyjama Foundation and assisting with a house building project in Cambodia to provide housing for people living in poverty.
