About Siba Ghrear

With a PhD in Psychology and over a decade of experience in research and insights, I bring a deep passion for creating human-centered experiences through evidence-based design. My work spans UX research, data storytelling, and market analysis, with a track record of transforming complex data into clear, actionable narratives that drive strategy. At Critical Mass, I lead a team of researchers in delivering insights across diverse projects—ranging from surveys to UX testing—while mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative approach to problem-solving. I partner with stakeholders from cross-functional teams to align research goals with organizational objectives, ensuring every recommendation is grounded in both rigor and empathy. What drives me is the intersection of psychology, design, and data—using research not just to inform, but to empower organizations to build experiences that truly resonate with people.
