I love my JOB because I get to wear many hats- The Strategist who contributes to shaping the future of the organization The Solution-provider designing HR practices to address the needs of the organization The Advisor delivering advise relevant to the needs of the organization And last but most importantly The Service-champion providing quality service Many of my colleagues and past managers describe me as a “machine”. I work towards an outcome in my work, and sometime the outcome is just “what did I learn from this”. Why HR? An organization is only as good as its employees. Being part of the HR team means I get to make my contribution to the organizations “progress” by handling its best asset- its employees.
