About Sibylle Feith

Prevention and health management have been an important part of my life for a long time. Through my work at the Fürstenberg Institute, I help companies to create a working environment in which employees are and remain healthy, motivated and productive for as long as possible. My personal sources of strength are optimism, empathy 🫶, sharing knowledgeand a strong network 🤝. As a Corporate Health Consulting (CHC) project manager, I work with my PM colleagues to ensure efficient process management for a wide range of customer projects. I support our CHC consultants - regionally and throughout Germany - with the preparation, follow-up, implementation, documentation and invoicing of services. These include projects on 'Risk assessment of psychological stress (GBU-Psych)' as well as (digital) customer formats such as workshops and training courses on topics such as - Dealing with stress and with employees under psychological stress - Healthy and resilient leadership - Conflict management and communication - Addiction prevention - Prevention of discrimination and sexualized harassment and our online course offering as part of the Modern Health Campus. I easily make new contacts and rely on long-term, sustainable relationships and networks. Thanks to my many years as a communications/marketing expert and in sales coordination in various B2B sectors, I am well versed in a wide range of strategic and operational marketing tools, including PR/corporate communications, online marketing, lead generation and B2B social media. I also enjoy using my passion for communication in direct customer contact and am delighted every day to see the impact our work has on our customers.
