I have been in the Business Technology and Solutions Industry for 29 years servicing copier, printers, scanners and wide format products for Hewlett Packard, Ricoh, Canon, Sharp, Kyocera, Samsung and Lexmark. I am a Factory Authorized Service Technician, Certified Product Specialist, Balanced Deployment Technical Professional and a Fiery Certified Professional. I started Accurate Laser Printer Services, Inc in 1998 in Boise, Idaho which became a Premier Service Provider for Hewlett Packard Products. Over a 16 year period Accurate Laser Printer Services was widely regarded as the number one service provider of Hewlett Packard Products in the Treasure Valley servicing customers such as The Intermountain Gas Company, JR Simplot Company, Western Aircraft, Deloitte and Touche as well as hundreds of local private and government offices throughout Idaho, Oregon and Washington. After 16 years of successful operations I joined forces, along with several loyal employees, with Valley Office Systems in September of 2013. Most of my former customers also followed and are now loyal Valley customers. This is a direct reflection of the way I care for my customers concerns and how I solve their problems under pressure. I was awarded Technician of The Year in 2016 and elevated to Field Service Supervisor. Over the past year I also provided valuable support to Valley's Production Team as the Technical Analyst. I accepted the position of Branch Technical Manager for Pacific Office Automation in Boise, Idaho in March of 2018.
