Devise, develop and manage a vast range of websites, employing highly technical expertise and creative flair, working across a range of industries. Liaise with clients to ascertain needs, putting together actionable plans, working to timescales and budgets, supporting the growth of organisations through addressing marketing requirements. Enhance customer engagements through developing a strong social media presence, using Google Analytics and SEO, delivering a solid marketing response. For the four years to April 2020, I was the Web Manager for the CyberExchange.uk.net website, seeing it grow in that time from under 200 registered organisations to 880. It was a very challenging period, but due to a change of direction and funding issues, I now find myself available to take on any web projects that may be required. I am also the Director of my own "one man band" web design and services company and specialise in writing new websites, renovating existing websites and content management for various clients. Clients have included the Royal Veterinary College, techUK, the East & North Herts NHS Trust, The Foreign & Commonwealth Office, The UK Border Agency and The Department for Children, Schools & Familes. I have also written and managed the site for leading National Hunt racehorse trainer, Nigel Twiston-Davies previously, now writing a daily runners update, plus over 100 other clients. I believe that there is a lot of mystique about the web business, largely built by the industry itself, and aim to make clarity and good value a priority for all clients.
