About Sid Fingerote

Sid Fingerote founded Systems Ideas Ltd. in 1989. Systems Ideas provides integration, implementation, deployment, and professional services focusing on distributed back office technology for banking and payment systems. Sid helps banks integrate back office technology. He has worked on a wide array of projects ranging from requirements and technical specifications through product development, implementation and deployment. Sid was a co-founder and principal of Innovasys Inc, a technology company providing distributed check imaging systems to financial institutions and their customers. Sid was instrumental in the sale of Innovasys distributed check imaging technology to NCR. Prior to founding Innovasys, Sid started Systems Ideas Ltd. to provide software engineering services. During that time Sid was responsible for the design, implementation and deployment of various aspects of the NCR ImageMark Transaction Manager system. These include database design, software development, reporting, and parameterization. As well, Sid worked as a senior software engineer with the Advanced Technology Center at Honeywell Ltd. where he was involved in the simulation, design, and development of helicopter integrated navigation systems. Sid has over 30 years of experience encompassing all facets of software engineering and systems integration as well as business development, sales and marketing. Sid has a masters degree in electrical engineering and is a professional engineer.
