I have worked in the DTC business for 17+ years. With 15+ years spent managing and growing the DTC sales team for ICON/iFIT Health & Fitness Inc. My roles and achievements have included-Being responsible for properly staffing the sales team. I led the interviewing, hiring, and staffing of all the DTC sales agents. I was able to see the sales team grow from 7 sales agents to over 100 DTC sales employees, at our peak-I was tasked with creating and adjusting forecasts and target plans for our sales team and individual sales agents-I was responsible for creating individual agent's schedules, as well as team schedules that ensured that all consumers received the proper, prompt service-I was tasked with creating and implementing commission structures and creating commission percentages. I was responsible for submitting employee pay and commissions to payroll each pay period-My responsibilities also included training new sales agents and training veteran sales agents, that needed to improve in some of their KPI areas-I was also tasked with growing and upscaling our teams. Again growing the sales team from 7 agents to over 100 required hiring additional team supervisors, trainers, and managers-I created and kept our sales team executive dashboard up to date-I am proficient in Microsoft Office, InContact, SAP, Broadleaf, and other operating systems.
