About Sid Nobre

During my career in retail, I was a store assistant, trainer, assistant manager and store manager at adidas. Later, I worked as manager at Nike and Alpargatas (Havaianas). I led teams of 5 to 25 employees, supervised the store's daily operations, implemented improvements in production and logistics processes, and trained employees in sales and customer service techniques. These experiences add up to 7 years as an assistant manager and 5 years as a store manager. As part of the store management team, my goals are to help companies increase their sales, build customer loyalty and optimize their processes, using the best practices in management, leadership, team building, merchandising and digital marketing. For my personal development, I implemented e-commerce, branding and marketing strategies on social media, using the tools and certifications I acquired from Coursera and IEFP as well as through other means. Occasionally, as a freelancer, I edit videos for social media/streamers.
