I believe people should feel they can be themselves in their career. I strive to help in any way I can with this ethos by evangelising solutions that promote human experiences and bring teams closer together. This includes collaboration, productivity and data driven solutions that allow people get things done and enjoy themselves whilst doing so. Together. In my 13 years of IT industry experience working as Presales Consultant I have found myself thriving when in front of individuals in a variety of organisational positions. From end-users to C-level, as long as there a problem that needs solving I'll embrace discussing it enthusiastically with plain and simple language. Asking questions and truly listening is a joy for me; it allows me to be confident in proposing solutions with relevant business benefits. Also, if I could demo all day everyday, I'd never stop working! In my career development I have found a natural inclination to leadership. As with my clients, I pride myself in working on soft skills to understand, empathise and celebrate with my staff. I challenge myself to continually learn how best to improve the mutual benefits of a relationship between employer and employee.
