About Siddarth Shetty

Experienced transformation specialist with over 17 years of local and international experience in management consulting, strategic planning, and business development. Siddarth leads RBC's Automotive Finance business growth outside of existing channels, by developing and expanding digital retailing capabilities and defining RBC's role in the digitally enabled vehicle buying experience. Siddarth previously led the development and activation of the strategy and key priorities for RBC's most profitable personal banking segment: Clients aged 55+. He demonstrates the ability to develop cross-functional partnerships within RBC, and effectively execute the strategy to deliver a great client experience, business benefits, and share of wallet. Prior to leading the Retirement Strategy, Siddarth worked with Strategy & Business Architecture for four years, where he managed the Sales and Operations portfolio. During his tenure, Siddarth led key business partner engagements, including transformational initiatives such as Network Transformation, Access to Advisors, and the Operations Transformation Strategy. Siddarth began his career at Infosys Limited in India, where he spent six years advising senior management on their strategy to grow the firm’s brand among global academia. Additionally, he mentored over 100 interns from various vocational and cultural backgrounds which ingrained in him a passion for mentorship. Siddarth holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, and an undergraduate degree in Electronics Engineering. He lives in Toronto with wife, daughter, and dog. He enjoys travel, sports and reading, and mentoring new immigrants to Canada.
