Allocation to the team members, explaining the JD to the team, training to the new team members. Sharing matching profiles with clients and seeking regular feedback on CV’s Shared. Convincing the candidates on the respective offers, terms and conditions of the firm. Maintaining healthy HR relationships with candidates from their hiring till separation and post separation as well.Coordinating with technical team and with the candidates for interview schedules. Responsible for preparing Daily Reports, database trackers and interview schedule trackers. Hiring candidates as per the requirement and given criteria of the clients by sourcing applications. Screening all applicants based on the criteria to meet and exceed rigorous standard.
