About Siddhant Baride

With over 8 years of experience in project procurement & supply management, I am passionate about delivering value to customers and stakeholders through digital transformation, operational excellence, and strategic thinking. As Manager - Digital SCM and Procure-to-pay excellence at Larsen & Toubro, I have been driving digital customer experience, leveraging a calibrated system architecture that has optimized the execution approach of time-challenged EPC(I)C projects. My core competencies include problem solving, analytical skills, and project implementation, which enable me to navigate the complex and dynamic challenges of the construction industry. I have successfully secured supplies, managed contracts, mitigated risks, and generated cost savings for multiple offshore oil and gas projects, with a focus on JIT and agile business needs. I am also a certified Scrum Product Owner and a CIPS Level 5 professional (pursuing Level 6 and Chartered Professional status). I seek conversations around omnichannel value creation, keeping the last-mile guy in focus, and maximizing ROCE through digital investment.
