Siddhant Mathur is a 2013 BE(Mechanical) graduate with MBA from SP Jain Mumbai with finance specialization from Cornell University in 2017. Siddhant is a seasoned real estate professional with rich experience in acquisition and investments. He is an expert at setting up and expansion both geographically and in terms of Quantum of Business. He excels in handling overall Investments & Acquisitions, Corporate Strategy etc. He has worked in different geographies in India, ranging from North; West and Southwest, while working for Indian and global conglomerates. In his current profile he also has exposure to global markets through one off opportunities.He is currently the Head of Acquisitions, India and wholetime Director at the Indian subsidiary of a multi-billion-dollar global real estate giant. Under him the firm started its India operations and has currently scaled up to having a functional team with pipeline of multiple projects in design stage and at final signing. Prior to this he had a very successful stint in the Business Development team of Godrej Properties where he signed the largest deal for company pan India along with contributing to multiple deals across geographies and contributed to the pivot in BD strategy. He started his career at Maruti Suzuki where he worked in the Engineering (R&D) vertical for process improvement and workflow management with Suzuki, Japan.Siddhant is extremely passionate about real estate, process oriented and self-driven candidate who has shown potential to shoulder responsibility well beyond his years of experience. He has strong market relations across the country with landowner community and financial institutions owing to his astute and affable nature.He loves to think, ideate and read.
