I’m passionate about three things: quality, product, and design. I’m naturally curious — the kind of person who questions everything and keeps digging until things make sense. When I test an application, I break it down to its tiniest design tokens and ask: How can this break? What would confuse the user? What edge cases haven't we considered yet? I’ve always strived to be the best possible customer advocate because at the end of the day, users judge quality by their experience. That experience is sacred to me — and I fight for it in every test case I write, every usability flaw I surface, and every conversation I have with devs or designers.
