About Siddhanth Mudaliar

As a Business and Data Analyst with hands-on frontline experience, I focus on using data and process thinking to improve performance and customer outcomes. With an MSc in Management with Business Analytics from Bournemouth University and experience in fast-paced, customer-facing environments, I bring both analytical skills and a strong understanding of real-world operations.I’ve improved peak-hour operational efficiency by 25% by analysing order-processing bottlenecks and redesigning workflows, and helped reduce wait times by 30% through close collaboration with shift leaders and continuous monitoring of service data. While handling 100+ customer interactions a day, I maintained 95% positive feedback by using data from feedback tools to adapt my approach and support team performance. My core skills include SQL, Power BI, R, customer behavior and marketing analysis, stakeholder communication and engagement, and structured problem‑solving. I’m especially interested in roles where I can turn messy operational and customer data into clear insights and practical recommendations—across business analysis, data analysis, marketing analytics, strategy, risk, or consulting.I’m open to opportunities where I can help teams make smarter, data‑driven decisions and deliver measurable impact.
