About Siddharth Agarwal

I am a development professional with 5+ years of experience in leading multi-stakeholder projects with AIESEC, Teach For India, and Sattva Consulting. Currently, I am leading the Knowledge Sharing and New Media vertical a Studio Subu, a boutique design firm helping social impact organizations leverage the tools of communications to scale impact. My role involves creating low & high touch online/physical spaces for social sector leaders to engage with the Studio's offerings and insights. This includes setting up projects like Submarine Conference, Blueprint, and Podcast channels. I was also involved with Sattva as a Recruiter in the executive search division called Careers In Impact. I was responsible for end to end client delivery. I also managed the marketing and business development for the Business Unit. Prior to this, I was a Product Manager and Career Services lead at Teach For India. I designed a global communications and networking platform for the Alumni community of TFI. I also supported education enterprises and non-profits hire quality talent from the TFI Alumni pool. During my stint at Teach For India, I piloted a Podcast series where experts and entrepreneurs came together to share their knowledge and insights. I conducted extensive primary research to conceptualise topics, built partnerships with experts, designed the flow of the episodes and managed the outreach initiatives of the channel. I produced 20+ episodes in 2 years. In 2016, I led the East India chapter of AIESEC as President. I lead the organisational strategy, international student exchange operations, volunteer management and global partnerships. I represented India in Portugal and Romania as an exchange participant during my AIESEC tenure.
