I am a keen observer, with a positive attitude, learning has been a part of the process. During my training period at the first company within the starting months I realised the importance of excel in the company's working, hence did an advanced free course which ultimately increased productivity to a level that I was assigned to streamline the data collection and presentation of 3 different product category, reducing the data duplication and increased automation.My day to day regular work in the planning department involved back scheduling the customer orders, right from understanding the design, to allocating the resources, coordinating and following up with multiple stakeholders like purchase, quality, dispatch departments to make sure the delivery date is matched.Innovation within the process has always been a part of thinking process.(Reducing the cycle time by 12 sec in a 2 min process)My communication skills have helped me in both my jobs, where in Tega industries I was dealing with international subsidiaries in creating effective information channels, at Byju's it involved convincing the people twice my age and providing them a solution at a cost.Working as Business development associate, I acquired the skill to build quick repo, to understanding what the customer wants and most importantly how much money they can spend.Being Patient has helped me meeting the targets be it sales target or work load.Grabbing the opportunities and learning new skills keeps me sharp, from past 3 years side by side work I have been learning about finance and economics, following the financial news and stock markets, developing a fundamental as well as a technical approach.Rather than just going into the stock markets for quick money, my ideology has been to understand how the business works, how they are valued, what does the balance sheet say, interpreting financial ratios, how the psychology plays, importance of building the assests, the importance of risk reward, supply chains, implications of various government policies.Rather than just looking at the lagging indicators my understandings help in assessing through cash flows, assigning the right price to the assets and judging whether it is undervalued or over valued, the future potential of assets.Lockdown provided an opportunity to further strengthen my financial skills.I make sure to go on at least one trip in a year, in lockdown I started learning guitar.
