As a System Engineer at Etimad Strategic Security Solutions LLC, I oversee a massive, air-gapped, onshore site in Abu Dhabi Emirate, managing over devices across a wide range of technologies such as Hyper Converged Infrastructure (HCI), Virtualized Servers and Networking devices. I ensure seamless operations and troubleshooting of the complex IT infrastructure, implementing cutting-edge and out-of-the-box solutions to meet the client's security and performance requirements. I have almost 8 years of experience in the IT industry, working with various US-based banking clients on projects involving Wintel Administration, WAN Technologies, Network Implementation, and Server Maintenance. I have collaborated with global teams and vendors to support and optimize diverse IT environments, delivering high-quality and timely results. I hold a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechatronics from Nehru Institute of Engineering and Technology, where I gained a solid foundation in engineering principles and applications.
