My Key Responsibilities are as follows - Leadership and Team Management-Leading a team of Engineers, Technicians, and Operators to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing processes. Process Optimization- Implement and optimize semiconductor manufacturing processes to enhance yield, quality and throughput. Quality Assurance- Ensure adherence to quality standards. Production Planning and control- Coordinate production schedules and resource allocation to meet customer demands and project timelines.
