About Siddharth Mahale

With vast experience in Event Management and a proven track record of successfully delivering large scale events, I have now adorned the role of Conference and Events Operations Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton Brighton Metropole. Having recently graduated with a BSc in International Events Management at the University of Brighton, and with over 3 years of experience after successfully managing and delivering 200+ high end social events and conferences I have experience in team leadership, marketing, communication, and team-based management Apart from my previous employment as an Event Manager (and, Event Supervisor before that) at the Brighton i360, I have played the role of team leader for Brighton Hotspot Events showcasing local Brighton talent via an event designed and organised by our team for a charity in Brighton. Also worked with Drusillas Park to provide them with key findings and recommendations to increase their presence within the young family demographic as an attraction, in the form of a Consultancy Project. I also have a very keen interest in opportunities to work for music events and festivals, as I occasionally DJ for social events and gatherings.I am a reliable worker with very good interpersonal skills and showcase hardworking and perfectionist qualities at any task I take on. Having grown up in multiple different countries has inculcated good communication skills and personality traits, which enable me to work successfully and efficiently in both individual and team-based roles. I do enjoy playing the role of the leader during group work but do not hesitate to be a team player when required. Love communicating with people from different walks of life and I wish to someday welcome opportunities to learn from the different cultures spread across the world. I support social causes against racism, sexism, and transphobia and believe in the phrase 'The world is one big family'.
