Support Nesting/OJT/TQ/Evolution by observing, measuring and monitoring learners as needed. Responsible for the delivery and evaluation of soft skills/ISO/QMS/Risk Management/Business Analysis training on all aspects of client training; to prepare learners to perform job functions within predetermined KPIs/ performance standards. Responsible to utilize appropriate delivery techniques and learning management in a blended/scenario/transmission/self based learning environment.Ability to conduct integrated training needs assessments without supervision. Communication, leadership, team management, PMS, QMS, preparing for interviews, resume making, corporate lectures and career strategies with which I can support individuals, professionally. Identifying and developing new streams for long-term revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat/referral business in order to increase company revenue and maximize profits.
