I am Siddharth Sahoo, a B.sc (Hospitality & Hotel Administration) graduate from Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology Applied Nutrition, Bhubaneswar under National Council of Hotel Management Catering Technology, New Delhi (NCHMCT). I have completed my graduation in 2024 and currently pursuing MA Degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations (MA-PMIR) at Buxi Jagabandu Bidyadhar Autonomous College (BJB College) Bhubaneswar, under UTKAL UNIVERSITY, Odisha. As a Hotel Management graduate with a passion for people management and employee relations, I am currently expanding my expertise through a Master's in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations (PMIR). My background in the hospitality industry has provided me with invaluable insights into customer service, operations management, and the importance of fostering a motivated, productive workforce. During my time in hotel management, I honed skills in team leadership, conflict resolution, and service excellence, which sparked my interest in pursuing a deeper understanding of human resources and industrial relations. My current studies in PMIR are equipping me with the knowledge to navigate complex HR issues, manage labor relations, and contribute to creating positive work environments across industries. I am passionate about leveraging my unique blend of hospitality experience and HR knowledge to build strong, engaged teams that drive organizational success.
