Am a first-generation entrepreneur, along with a group of friends. After my graduation from St.Xaviers's Kolkata, I tried my hand at being a commercial pilot and got my CPL in 1997 from IGRUA. Thereafter I started my first venture as a C&F agent for companies like Emami & Pan Parag. The business evolved to areas of Liquor bottling with UB group, Sports Sciences, and Education. After going through many businesses successfully, Shail Group, settled down with a primary focus on K12 and Higher Education, wherein we established multiple campuses in Indore, Faridabad, and Raipur. Also, our other business of Sports transformed and grew as a Sports Infrastructure Company, catering to the needs of artificial sports surfaces and stadium accessories. During my stint with the Shail Group, in 2012, I personally started my real estate consulting and trading venture and tasted success in providing end-to-end service delivery consisting of land identification to change of land use to the passage of building/zoning plans. For the past 4 years, I have started consulting individually. I engage with companies to promote their business, help them with strategic collaborations with other companies, packaging their products to suit the needs of the clients, and conduct due diligence in their tendering process.
