About Sidhanth Sharma

A business professional with an MBA and a computer science engineer with 8 years of industry experience in implementing, evaluating and developing cloud ready solutions for businesses related to supply chain operations, oil & gas and heavy civil engineering. Most of my previous projects include product management, business analysis and implementation of enterprise wide custom solutions for self service BI capabilities and data analytics. As a passionate product manager, I believe in the mantra of value and vision rather than details of development. As firmly stated by Kris Gale "The value is in what gets used, not in what gets built " I have always been rated as a high performer in all my previous roles for delivering projects with usurp quality. On completing some of these complex projects successfully, my passion for product management has grown over the years. I am on a constant look out for opportunities where I can bring all of my my management skills along with my solid technical knowledge to address challenges and provide optimal solutions to the customers. I am proficient in Product management (SAFE 5.0) and backlog maintenance using tools such as JIRA & MIRO. Other key skills honed until now include developing strategic product roadmaps, leading teams in a scrum setup, functional stakeholder management, talent recruitment and carrying out effective alignment sessions across relevant stakeholder groups.
