Background

About Sidney I.

With a decade-long career dedicated to servant leadership and operations excellence, I've honed my skills in leadership, project management, and team building. My journey began with leading both large and small teams in the military and transitioning seamlessly into business, where I wore many hats to achieve tangible results. In the latter half of my career, I ventured into the dynamic world of startups, where I expanded my expertise to include marketing and product management. This diverse experience has shaped me into a well-rounded operations professional, equipped with the perspective to contribute meaningfully to organizational success on a broader scale.I currently work in Operations at Amazon where I lead a staff of 130 Associates to fulfill the customer promise, packing over packages per 12 hour shift. My entire career has been to understand a big picture and lead people to accomplish tasks that accomplish a larger company goal.SKILLSBusiness: Leadership, Ownership, Operations Strategy, Project Management, Start-up, Go-To-Market Strategy, Marketing, Market Research, Process Improvement, Stakeholder Management, Salesforce, SaaS, NPS, Voice of the CustomerTechnical: Scrum, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, SQL, Data Analysis, AWS Cloud Practitioner, PMP, CSPO, CSM
