Background
About Sidney Norinsky
With a repertoire of a near dozen plays, Sid Norinsky is perhaps better known on the West Coast where his signature work,"Bertie," a cinematically styled two-act stage play about the 1940 national kefuffle over philosopher Bertrand Russell's appointment to a chair of philosophy at City Collge of New York enjoyed a week's run in Seattle; and where his newest play,"Romance" will be produced in October 2013; and where his short, biting satire,"Paradise Gained" was produced in 2008 in N. Hollywood CA. Norinsky is about to launch a website that will feature his plays, stories, notable events in his now rather long life, and commentaries on life, historic events in which he has figured as child and man, and, quite likely, politics.
