Hello I'm Sidney Page, a 17-year-old A-Level student based in Wiltshire with a deep passion for business and a track record of diverse work experiences. Currently, I'm excelling as a Sales Advisor at Crew Clothing Company while simultaneously pursuing my A-Levels at St. John's Sixth Form Marlborough. My ultimate goal is to secure a Business Degree, either through university or apprenticeships, as I'm committed to forging a successful career in the business world following on from my a levels in business, psychology, sociology and EPQ, I also completed a business management course with springpod. My journey thus far includes a Seasonal Sales Advisor role at The White Company, a valuable 2-day in-person work experience with Direct Line Group, and participation in the Summer Academy at Morgan Stanley Online, where I delved into finance. Notably, I was featured in The Guardian for my active participation in Barclays Lifeskills, showcasing my dedication to personal development. In my quest for knowledge, I've earned ‘certifications’ in Banking, Finance & Investments, Business & Accounting, and Law Event, all from Young Professionals, along with the Dementia Friend certification from Alzheimer's Society, I also completed the CIMA work experience as well as the business game. My commitment extends beyond the workplace, encompassing volunteering efforts, including litter picking, supporting the school art department, and contributing to local food banks. As a member of NCS Changemakers, I'm dedicated to youth employment initiatives. I’ve also completed company courses around health and safety and EDI for example. Furthermore, I've actively served as an Assistant Head Student at Pewsey Vale School and now am a Senior Student at St. John's Marlborough, where I advise on teaching and learning matters via my role as teaching and learning student advisor. I am proud to be an ambassador. Furthermore, I’m gaining events management experience as I’m on the prom committee. I'm eager to connect with professionals who can guide me in achieving my goals and explore new opportunities in the business realm. In my free time, I enjoy shopping, reading etc as well as spending time with family and friends. My skills have been demonstrated. Thank you. Sidney.
