About Sidra Adil

I am a Consultant Research Associate at Collective for Social Science Research, a leading independent research organization in Pakistan. With over four years of experience in climate change research and policy, I have a strong background in earth observation, geographic information systems, and disaster risk reduction policy.My current project, funded by the International Growth Centre, focuses on understanding climate vulnerability in Sindh, one of the most climate-exposed and poverty-stricken provinces in the country. I am passionate about bridging the gap between poverty and climate change policy, and how this can contribute to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals on ending poverty and taking climate action. I hold an MSc in Climate Change Science and Policy from the University of Bristol, where I was a Commonwealth Shared Scholarship awardee.
