For some time, my most significant achievement was obtaining my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in only two years. Then I obtained my Master's in Human Resources in just one year while working full time. For a while, I believed these would be my most significant accomplishments. Then I approached the President/Executive Director of the nonprofit I worked for. At this time, the organization did not have an HR team or personal, so I approached him with a job presentation and proposal. A few months before officially graduating with my Masters I developed the HR presence within a successful organization. My title was an HR assistant, but during my time there, I was the designated HR person and was involved in recruiting, onboarding, termination, employee relations, compliance, and payroll. It was a great learning experience.
