About Sierra Holtzheuser

I have spent the past 15 years learning about the art, science, and profession of teaching with an emphasis on how to effectively and optimally implement technology in an educational setting. As a teacher, I leveraged that knowledge to engage my students and differentiate my instruction to meet their unique needs. As a graduate student, I developed and assessed the efficacy of early programming for at-risk learners. Today, as VP, a mentor, and coach, I evaluate and create new processes that foster agency, creativity, and growth for a world-class team of leaders and ed tech gurus. My professional experience in technical support, sales, account management, and customer success, provides me with a unique understanding of the customer journey allowing me to build out operations that align with an exceptional customer experience from the first interaction with our company and software, and each meaningful connection that happens thereafter. I excel in a fast-paced and challenging environment. At myBlueprint, it’s allowed me to build a team from the ground up while playing an integral role in transforming our start up from 8 employees into a successful operation of over 60 employees, supporting over 1.5 million annual users.
