Background
About Sierra Marke
I am an Account Manager at Stantec, based out of Prineville, OR, with a focus in first-party environmental mine permitting. I started my career in Elko, NV as an environmental engineer for a tri-metal mine, conducting the very work that I now excel at as a project manager. Following that, I transitioned to a technical writing role, which has led to my success in attention to detail. During my tenure as a Project Manager, I worked with federal, state, and local agencies to permit and ensure compliance at both greenfield and brownfield mines throughout the western United States, with a forte in supporting BLM Plan of Operations and Plan of Development permitting and state Mine Plan permitting. I have been an Account Manager for several key accounts, overseeing contracting, client relations, safety, growth, and project deliverables.
