She takes a multidisciplinary approach to her work drawing on her experience in corporate reorganisation, operational improvement, exit planning, corporate structure rationalisation, restructuring, recovery, audit and investigations to bring original solutions tailored to her clients’ needs. She has extensive experience dealing with family offices, state-owned entities, listed companies and Chinese investment into Singapore. Over the course of her career, she has gained detailed knowledge of a number of industries in Singapore and Southeast Asia with particular expertise in the shipping, oil & gas sectors, manufacturing, constructions, property development, education, consumer, retail industry and stock broking. She is a Chartered Accountant in Singapore, a licensee Insolvency Practitioner in Singapore, an approval liquidator, a Certified Fraud Examiner and a member of CPA Australia.
