In my current role as a Demand Manager at legero united, I closely collaborate with Business Units and Sales to develop data-driven demand forecasts that significantly contribute to optimizing the supply chain. Through continuous communication and cross-functional teamwork, I strive to enhance transparency and enable better decision-making across the organization. A core part of my responsibility involves analyzing historical trends to create accurate forecasts for both new product launches and carry-over items. I challenge and refine forecasts provided by business units and the sales force, leveraging both statistical methods and market insights. My work includes the validation of sell-in data, aligning forecast assumptions with current market dynamics, and supporting business units in defining optimal launch timelines for new products. I serve as a key interface between demand planning and supply chain teams, ensuring that forecast data translates into efficient raw material and capacity planning. Additionally, I take an active role in S & OP reporting and lead demand-related projects aimed at improving forecast accuracy and responsiveness along the supply chain. My responsibilities also extend to coordinating innovations and promotional activities with Sales, Marketing, and Controlling. I support portfolio management through availability checks, slow mover analysis, and packaging coordination, ensuring commercial and operational alignment across multiple stakeholders, including international I’m committed to fostering diverse perspectives and driving meaningful change through a systems-thinking approach, supported by my training as a systemic coach.
