I have 6+ years of End-to-end offshore recruiting experience in the north American, Australian, & European market. I'm currently working as an Sr. IT recuiter for the US market. Prior to that as a recruitment consultant in Talent, I was responsible for sourcing and delivering IT professionals for the European market. I have used various ATS tools and sourcing platforms, such as LiveHire, Indeed, Opptly, Monster, LinkedIn Rps, Freelancermap, Dice, Career Builder, Connected, RWS, & Bullhorn to identify and attract qualified candidates. I have also handled end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, negotiating, and contracting. Prior to joining Talent, I worked as a senior end-to-end recruiter at The Ian Martin Group and Allegis Global Solutions – which is one the world’s largest staffing agencies, where I gained extensive exposure in recruiting for different industries, such as Oil & gas engineering, commercial, manufacturing, BFSI, automotive, logistics, pharmaceutical, IT and industrial. I have successfully hired for skilled trades, project management, software development, Technical, accounting roles, etc. all from Jr to Sr levels & niche roles for clients such as Enbridge, TC Energy, Ameren, National Grid, First Energy, Schlumberger, Apple, Avaya, Amazon, etc. I also managed contractor-related issues, attended supplier calls, done stakeholder management, and maintained client and candidate relationships. With a bachelor’s in hotel management, I have a strong background in hospitality administration and management. I am passionate about continuous learning and growing and developing new skills and responsibilities.
