Project Management Planning, scoping, estimation, tracking & implementation of project plans within preset budgets and deadlines and coordinating projects for the set up facilities Quality Assurance Implementing the Company’s Quality assurance procedures and maintain the quality system in accordance with the Project Quality Plan ISO 18001:2007,ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 (IMS) Assisting in Developing project specific Quality Plans, Operational manuals, inspection procedures Devising and implementing QMS in conjunction with applicable project approved quality plan. Reviewing and root cause analysis of non conformances and customer complaints, Audit corrective actions, vendor evaluation and advise applicable preventive measure accordingly. Handling process/quality plan and reviewing analytical documents, SOPs, general test procedures, protocols and their summary reports. Handling the Final Product approval at final inspection stage. Implementing quality systems to reduce Non-Conformances through the process/procedure audits. Taking appropriate quality measures including preparation / maintenance of necessary documents and conducting system audits to ensure compliance with relevant standards. Reviewing the operational practices, identifying the areas of obstruction/ quality failures and advising on system and process changes for qualitative improvement and energy conservation. Testing & Inspection Monitoring Project shop floor ensuring that production activities are in accordance with project specification thereby preventing non – conformance in process materials, inspection and testing, erection. Site Administration Finalizing requirements and specifications in consultation with engineering consultants/ collaborators, external suppliers, contractors & clients.
