Immigrant. Homeless at 16. Mother of two by 21. These pivotal moments have not just shaped who I am but how I lead. Safeguarding and trauma-informed practice aren’t just professional frameworks for me, they’re lived realities. Whether I’m coordinating multi-agency support through my work with Local Authorities or shaping strategy behind the scenes in my many leadership or directorial roles; I bring clarity, care and momentum to everything I do. My journey started in the classroom, but it’s grown into something bigger! From educating future leaders to driving cultural change from within organisations all whilst creating spaces where young people feel safe, supported and inspired and most importantly empowered.
