My work is about building deep inner resilience and mental fitness—the ability to access a positive, growth-oriented mindset at will. This work isn’t just what I do—it’s who I am. My life has been shaped by transformation from an early age. Growing up in former East Germany, I experienced a 180° cultural turn as a teenager, moving from socialism into a free-market economy. Since then, I’ve spent over 25 years living and working across cultures, calling both Germany and Indonesia home, raising a multicultural family, and building a career at the intersection of human development and global leadership. I understand complexity not just intellectually—but as a lived experience. That’s why I take a deeply holistic, embodied approach—one that blends western neuroscience with ancient eastern wisdom. I combine the science of Positive Intelligence (PQ), Embodied Transformation, and human energy work with practices rooted in presence, movement, and the wisdom of the nervous system. It’s an approach that honors both mind and body, creating real and lasting transformation from the inside out.
