I help Oil & Gas companies unlock business value through business process management and industry IT solutions. I am a Managing Director in Accenture’s Oil & Gas industry team responsible globally for Accenture Enterprise Services for Energy. Accenture Enterprise Services provides leading practice-based industry-specific pre-configured ERP solutions embedded in a comprehensive set of tools and methods to drive business value through design, implementation, digitization and operation of ERP system architectures. I work closely with technology providers and industry experts to identify industry and technology trends as a basis to bring innovations to our Energy industry solutions for Upstream, Downstream and Oilfield Services companies. For Upstream our co-innovation program provides solutions and services to maximize return on investment of production assets through world class production management. I am also the executive sponsor of Accenture’s business process management practice for Oil & Gas. I am passionate about business process management. It is a critical but often undervalued management discipline helping companies to outperform in economically favorable as well as difficult circumstances, to enable strategic projects like international expansion, mergers & acquisitions and to drive business value at speed from adoption of digital technologies. I am a big believer in diversity to form high performing teams as a variety of e.g. work experience, skills, cultural backgrounds, age and gender provide a wealth of perspectives and expertise helping to provide better solutions, more efficient top quality services and a great work environment. Having had the privilege of working with Oil & Gas companies in Europe, Africa, North America and Australia over the last 18 years also plays to my passion of being a traveler at heart, both for business and personal.
