Bij grootschalige online vernieuwingsprojecten (web, intranet, extranet) willen organisaties meestal een groot deel van hun content hergebruiken. Ik inventariseer en analyseer die content, niet alleen kwantitatief maar ook kwalitatief, en bepaal samen met de organisatie welke content mee gaat naar de nieuwe omgeving. Daarnaast ontwikkel ik - meestal samen met UX-designers - concepten en formats voor de vernieuwde content. In de productiefase plan en coördineer ik het migratieproces, waarbij de hergebruikte content geautomatiseerd of handmatig wordt overgezet naar de nieuwe omgeving. Ook zorg ik dat waar nodig nieuwe content wordt geproduceerd. Tijdens dit proces begeleid en train ik redacteuren, zodat zij de content ook na livegang van de nieuwe omgeving optimaal kunnen beheren.
