About Silvana Bergonzi

Proud economist from Bocconi University, I enjoy working with people from different backgrounds and expertise: the experience of having lived and worked in different countries, in a global multicultural company or in family-owned brands turned me into a “cultural broker”. I feel very comfortable leading challenging transformational programs, particularly when aimed at breakthrough changes in organizational cultures and processes or at new ways of doing things. Expat to Argentina by choice, over the past decade, I have served in leadership roles across three different companies, in different areas (CSR, HR, Strategy & Planning, PMO, Chief of Staff) and industry (oil & gas, retail) I’am the happy Coqui's mum, Hector's companion and an ex volley ball player. I am currently serving as CEO at Arredo and as Organizational Design professor at Universidad de San Andrés. I strongly believe in #leadership,#teams and #corporatesocialresponsability.
