About Silvana Lapirow

General commercial legal practitioner with extensive experience in mining, insurance, the negotiation of large scale commercial contracts, including international contracts, experience in marketing and shipping and some experience in financing structures. I have a strong background in the formation of joint ventures, alliance structures and more recently have developed my knowledge of native title law particularly in the State of South Australia. I am a dynamic and pragmatic person with a strong commercial bend who ensures that risks are appropriately measured and addressed. I take pride in my work and adopt a "big picture" approach in my practice. Given my excellent interpersonal skills I work well in a team environment and equally enjoy working independantly as required. I enjoy learning and teaching others and find giving seminars challenging and personally enjoyable.
